College
Hello everyone~!
I've been here for a while and I regret not being more active. As I grew up through the years, I've changed and have become more social and out in the world.
Even through out high school, with all the art classes I've taken and so much work I've put into an AP art portfolio, I'm not an art major. Even with all the years of drawing and improving, I still feel like illustration as a major is not my thing.
I've decided to go with music industry and hopefully get to still keep art in my life as a hobby.
I've started college this week and it's such a big change. It's really nice but really busy but I know I'll get to love it.

Hey here's a meme to start off the new year. I'm sure we all did one of these one time or another. Let's see how much I've changed:
001. Real name → Nene
002. Nickname(s)→ Nene
003. Zodiac sign → Capricorn
004. Male or female → Female (genderless or gender fluid tbh)
005. Elementary → Talkative and in my own world most of the time. I hung out with my bffls on the block all. the. time. The rest I was in lala land.
006. Middle School → My best friends on the block were actually a grade above me so they went to middle school/catholic school a year before me so we grew sorta distant even though we lived on t

Hi everyone, how's it goin? I've been going to NYC more frequently and find that I love city life butt tons.
I wish i could be a full time leg model. Or foot model. Either one. Though, I wouldn't want to be a hand model because then I probably wouldn't be able to do many things I do now because I'd be too afraid of damaging my hands and then potentially having my career be ruined!
That was just a little spontaneous thinking right there. It's probably because lately I've been dreading the college process and just denying that the career choice i'm set on is sorta slim.
I mean, nothing is set in stone, but I hate thinking that the thing you

I don't know all of this lolita jargon, but it sounds like a lot of fun anyway. xD A bunch of people dressed up at a concert seems like fun no matter which way you spin it. And lolita fashion can get pretty creative. Or at least the bit that I've seen on DA.
What job did you get? Do you drive there too? lol I'm just like eh. Probably will be a while before I figure the whole driving thing out. My sister is in college, but she doesn't know how to drive either. I plan to follow in her path, unless by some magical force of nature, I get better navigational skills. lol It seems like I never remember the roads and where I've been. What about you?
And yeah, school art programs make my brain die a little. What they try to make you do makes sense from a curriculum standpoint, but its not like most people understand the concepts well enough, even with all the exercises. And its a difficult thing because concepts like color and form are only really understood through enough practice. lol There is the problem that a lot of the projects are not the best exercises to understand things either. Like they make you color a color wheel to understand color. lol That doesn't really help. Unlike application, where you use a fixed color scheme or something, and it helps you to see how the colors work with each other. I think art classes are still preferable to "grinding" lol classes like History or something though. Where you just memorize a bunch of content you will never use ever again after all said tests are done. lol Needless to say, the education system doesn't do well in teaching us all about practical application of stuff we learn.
Good luck on the SATs again. I signed up for one test in advance, but I didn't show up so they ran around my school trying to find me. xD
